Situated in the village of Ninemileburn at the foot of the Pentlands. The house is on the A702 approximately 13 miles South West of Edinburgh.

The house sleeps a maximum of 24 people and is available at the following prices:
 
Per Night - £10 per person (minimum charge £100)
Day only - £35 charge
 
Gas and Electricity usage are billed at the following prices.  Calor Gas £0.34 per litre.  Electricity £0.13 per unit.
 
A 25% booking Fee is required.
Cancellation must be made within 28 days of the entry date.  If cancelled within 28 days 50% of the full price will be payable.

  • Fully fitted Kitchen for 24 campers - two gas cookers, fridge and fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 24
  • Large meeting/dining hall with ample fold away tables and stacking chairs
  • Small meeting area to seat 8
  • Large dormitory sleeping 20 in  bunkbeds - mattress, pillow, blankets and bedspread provided. Sufficient hanging and drawer space.
  • Two smaller bedrooms sleeping 2 per room in bunkbeds - mattress, pillow, blankets and bedspread provided.  Sufficient hanging and drawer space.
  • Main Bathroom with 2 toilet cubicles, 2 shower cubicles and 4 sinks - this Bathroom has disabled access.
  • Separate Bathroom with toilet sink and shower

 Useful Information
  • It is expected that all accomodation, equipment and utensils will be cleaned before departure
  • Smoking is not permitted within the house
  • No Fires
  • No Pets
  • All breakages must be reported
  • The surrounding fields and land are private property and we ask that you do not cause inconvenience to local residents
  • Please ensure that the refuse area is kept clean to discourage vermin
  • Bins should be placed outside the gates on Thursday mornings for collection
